The roster

Eleven agents. Each does one job.

Nothing here is a roadmap item. Every one can be installed and running inside your operation. Which of them you actually need is what the FusionAudit decides.

Agent 01

Reception

Answers inbound calls around the clock, qualifies the caller, handles the objection, books the appointment.

What it displaces

An answering service or front-desk hours, around $199–299 a month against roughly $45,000 a year.

Which ones

Installing all eleven is usually the wrong answer.

Most businesses need three or four, and which three or four is not obvious from the outside. That is what the diagnosis is for.

Questions

Straight answers, before you ask for one.

What is an AiFusionX agent?

An AiFusionX agent is a system that does one job continuously and does it the same way every time, such as answering inbound calls, responding to a new inquiry within a minute, chasing a quote until it is accepted or closed, or requesting a review after service. There are eleven of them, and each one is defined by the job it does rather than by the technology behind it.

Can I deploy one agent, or is it all or nothing?

Agents are installed against what the audit found, so a business gets the ones its gaps call for rather than the full roster by default. The roadmap sets the order, usually starting with the gap that is costing the most.

Do the agents replace staff?

The agents take the repeatable work that runs at hours and volumes people cannot cover, such as answering at two in the morning or responding to every inquiry within a minute. What people do is handle the exceptions and the conversations that need judgment.

What happens when an agent cannot handle a request?

An agent hands off rather than guessing, passing the conversation to a person with the context already captured. The handoff is part of how each agent is configured, not an afterthought.
