FusionScore Lite measures four categories: Revenue and Sales, Operations, Systems and AI, and Reach and Retention. The questions ask what happens today in specific situations, such as an unanswered call, a quote that goes quiet, or a customer who has not bought in a year, rather than asking for a self-rating.
What happens to my answers?
