The FusionScore is a free scoring instrument of sixteen questions that measures how much of a business runs on systems rather than on people remembering. It returns a tier, a score across four categories, and a written report sent by email.

The FusionScore takes about three minutes and requires no call. The report arrives by email as soon as the questions are answered.

The FusionScore measures four categories: Revenue and Sales, Operations, Systems and AI, and Reach and Retention. The questions ask what happens today in specific situations, such as an unanswered call, a quote that goes quiet, or a customer who has not bought in a year, rather than asking for a self-rating.

The answers produce the score and the written report, and the report lists every question asked alongside the option chosen, so the number can be checked rather than taken on trust. The privacy policy on the site sets out how the information is handled.
