What is the FusionAudit?
The FusionAudit is a paid, consultant-led review of how an organization actually runs. Interviews with the owner or executive director and the team, a review of systems, spend and online presence, and written findings lead to a phased Blueprint360 roadmap for what to automate first, what it is worth, and what to leave alone.
What do I receive when the audit is finished?
Members receive a written findings report, an opportunity map, the Blueprint360 roadmap, an impact summary with the working shown, a tool and subscription review, an online presence check, a visual summary for the team, and a walkthrough session. All of it is yours to keep, and it can be taken to any vendor.
How long does the FusionAudit take?
Typically two to three weeks from the first interview to the walkthrough. Interviews are usually booked within a week of joining, and the pace mostly depends on how quickly the right people can be scheduled.
Do I have to buy a build after the audit?
No. The Blueprint360 roadmap is yours whether or not AiFusionX builds any of it, and it is written so that another vendor can execute it. A build is a separate decision, quoted separately.
Does the FusionAudit work for nonprofits?
Yes. Supporter and donor follow-up, program administration, volunteer coordination, and grant and board reporting are the same kind of repeatable work the audit is designed to find, and the plan is written for an executive director and a board as readily as for an owner.
How is the FusionAudit different from FusionScore Lite?
FusionScore Lite is sixteen self-reported questions that return a tier and a written report, and it is free. The FusionAudit tests that picture against interviews and evidence, sizes what each gap costs, and produces a roadmap. The score says roughly where an organization stands; the audit says what to do about it.
How is the FusionAudit different from FusionAudit Pro?
Both are evidence-based. The FusionAudit is consultant-led and available now. FusionAudit Pro runs on our own platform, is built to measure all nineteen domains directly, and re-measures at 30, 60 and 90 days. FusionAudit Pro is not open yet, and the waitlist is.
