About the Foundation

Built to serve members. Not shareholders.

Cosmosis Foundation is a private not-for-profit foundation. It exists to create and steward member-governed organizations that serve their members’ long-term interests. The Foundation provides the structural framework under which these associations operate.

AiFusionX is a brand of Cosmosis Foundation rather than a separate company. The Foundation is not-for-profit, so there are no shareholders to return capital to and no quarterly growth targets. What that buys is the freedom to turn away work we cannot do well, and to tell a business the honest answer when the honest answer is that they are not ready.

Cosmosis Foundation is organized as a private not-for-profit foundation - no shareholders, no profit distributions to investors.

The Foundation holds and stewards the associations it creates, operating in service of members - not shareholders.

Member Governance

Associations under the Foundation operate through private agreement - providing autonomy to both the association and its members.

Each association exists to serve the collective interests of its membership.

The Connection

AiFusionX is a brand of Cosmosis Foundation.

Membership is by application, against published criteria, and we accept six builds each quarter. Members get the diagnosis, the build, and access to a register of vetted AI practitioners that opens in 2026. The full terms of membership are set out in the membership agreement.
