Who We Are
AiFusionX is a brand of Cosmosis Foundation, a not-for-profit private foundation operating a member association. AiFusionX provides AI and automation services to its members under a membership agreement. This Privacy Policy applies to all members and visitors who interact with AiFusionX, including anyone who opts in to our text messages or updates their details at reach.aifusionx.org.

Information We Collect
We collect information that members and visitors voluntarily provide, including given name, surname, email address, phone number, and business information submitted through our forms, FusionScore Lite, or direct communication with our team. We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to deliver member services.
We also collect usage data, such as page views, referral sources, and site performance, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Some visits are recorded as session replays to show where people get stuck; every form field is masked in those recordings, and report pages are not recorded. Personal access links, such as the link to your FusionScore Lite report, are stripped from analytics before anything is sent.
How We Use Member Information
Information collected is used to: fulfill services provided to members under their membership agreement; communicate with members about their membership, services, and relevant updates; improve and refine our offerings; and respond to inquiries submitted through our contact channels. We do not use member information for automated decision-making that affects membership rights or service access.
Legal Bases (EU and UK)
If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on these legal bases: performing your membership agreement, or steps you asked for before joining, for member services; your consent for marketing texts, calls, and anything else you opt into; our legitimate interests for answering inquiries, keeping accurate records, securing the site, and understanding how it is used; and legal obligations where the law requires us to keep records. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect anything done before.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell member information to third parties. We do not share member information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not rent or trade member contact lists. Member information is treated as private, consistent with the member association framework under which AiFusionX operates.
Text Messages and Calls
When you give us your mobile number and check a text message box on one of our forms, we use your number, your consent choices, the date and time of consent, the page where you gave it, and basic technical information about your browser to send the text messages you asked for and to keep a record of your consent. If you check the call box, we use your number to call you about your inquiry and membership.
Service texts are about your inquiry, your FusionScore Lite, scheduling, and your membership. Message frequency varies. Marketing texts, if you opt in, cover new services, member events, and FusionAudit offers, up to 4 messages per month. If you opted in on reach.aifusionx.org, Gregg Michael may send occasional personal texts or WhatsApp messages to stay in touch, up to 4 per month, and no marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
You can withdraw consent to texts, WhatsApp messages, or calls by any reasonable means: reply STOP or tell us in your own words in a reply, tell the caller, or email [email protected]. We honor every request within 10 business days, and usually at once.
When you call AiFusionX, your call may be answered by an AI voice assistant, may reach a prerecorded voicemail, and can be transferred to a person on request. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to handle your request and keep accurate records, and the assistant tells you this at the start of the call. We place outbound calls, which may use an AI voice assistant, only to people who have checked the call box on one of our forms, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by telling the caller or emailing [email protected].
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, text message opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that deliver our text messages and calls, such as our messaging platform and phone carriers, and only so they can deliver them. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Contact Record Updates (reach.aifusionx.org)
FusionReach at reach.aifusionx.org is how Gregg Michael keeps his own contact records accurate. People he has worked or connected with, such as former colleagues, clients, and LinkedIn connections, receive a personal email with a private link. On that page you can confirm or correct your details and choose how you are happy to hear from him: an occasional personal note, email, text message, or WhatsApp.
Where your details came from. Gregg's own records of people he has worked or connected with: his LinkedIn connections and contact records from his past consulting and business work. Those records hold the kinds of details listed below, and you can see and correct everything shown to you on the form.
What we collect there: your name, email addresses, phone numbers and their country, postal addresses (street, town, state or region, postal code, country), company, position, industry, LinkedIn profile URL, your contact choices with the exact wording shown to you and the date and time you made them, and an optional note to Gregg.
Why, and our legal basis. We use this to keep our records accurate and to stay in touch. For visitors in the EU and UK, the update request itself rests on our legitimate interest arising from your prior professional relationship with Gregg, and anything you opt into rests on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell this information and do not share it for marketing.
Who handles it for us. Our email delivery provider (Resend, which sends through Amazon SES), our hosting provider, our video hosting provider (Bunny.net), our messaging platform for texts and WhatsApp, our CRM (FusionCore), and our analytics provider (PostHog) process data only to deliver the service.
How the pages are used. We measure how people use reach.aifusionx.org, such as which pages are visited and where people stop, and we record errors so we can fix them. This uses PostHog and sets no cookies, and the screen is not recorded. Your details are not sent to it: the words on the page are never captured, and private links and email addresses are removed before anything is sent.
Retention. We keep your record while there is an active relationship, and delete it on request. We keep a do-not-email record indefinitely, so that an opt-out is never undone by a later import.
Your choices. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, change your answers at any time through your private link, or ask us for access, correction, or deletion at [email protected]. If you are in the EU, UK, or Canada, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Third-Party Services
AiFusionX uses third-party tools to deliver member services, including CRM platforms, communication tools, analytics, and automation infrastructure. These services receive only the information necessary to fulfill their function. We select service providers who maintain appropriate data security standards. Members use FusionCore CRM under separate platform terms.
Messaging and calling providers receive only the phone number and message content needed to deliver a message, and may not use it for any other purpose.
When a member takes part in a FusionAudit, interviews are recorded only with permission. Recordings and notes may be transcribed and analyzed with AI tools provided by our service providers, solely to prepare that member's findings and roadmap.
International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there by us and our service providers. If you are in the EU, the UK, or another country with rules on transferring personal data abroad, your information is transferred to the United States, where data protection law may differ from yours. Where our service providers offer them, we rely on contractual safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data Retention
We retain member information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required to maintain accurate records of the membership relationship. Members may request removal of their information at any time by contacting us through the form at aifusionx.org/contact or by email at [email protected].
We keep a record of each consent choice, with the wording shown and when it was made, for as long as we rely on that consent and afterwards for as long as we may need to show it was given. We keep opt-out records indefinitely, so an opt-out is never undone.
Your Rights
Anyone, member or not, may ask for access to the information we hold about them, correction of inaccurate information, or its deletion. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also ask us to restrict or stop using your information, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You can always object to direct marketing, and we will stop.

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect member information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. This includes access controls, secure communication channels, and responsible data handling practices across our team and service providers.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
