AiFusionX is a Private Contract Association (PCA). We operate as a private membership association providing AI and automation services to members under private contract. This Privacy Policy applies to all members and visitors who interact with AiFusionX and its affiliated services.

We collect information that members voluntarily provide - including given name, surname, email address, phone number, and business information submitted through contact forms, the FusionAudit portal, or direct communication with our team. We also collect non-identifying usage data (such as page views and referral sources) to understand how our services are accessed and to improve the member experience. We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to deliver member services.
How We Use Member Information
Information collected is used to: fulfill services provided to members under private contract; communicate with members about their membership, services, and relevant updates; improve and refine our offerings; and respond to inquiries submitted through our contact channels. We do not use member information for automated decision-making that affects membership rights or service access.

Member information is treated as private - consistent with the private membership framework under which AiFusionX operates.
Third-Party Services
AiFusionX uses third-party tools to deliver member services - including CRM platforms, communication tools, and automation infrastructure. These services receive only the information necessary to fulfill their function. We select service providers who maintain appropriate data security standards. Members interact with the FusionAudit portal and FusionCore CRM under separate platform terms.
Data Retention
We retain member information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required to maintain accurate records of the membership relationship. Members may request removal of their information at any time by contacting us through the form at aifusionx.org/contact.
Member Rights
Members may request access to the information we hold about them, correction of inaccurate information, or removal of their information from our systems. To make a request, contact us through the form at /contact. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
