Nature of This Agreement
AiFusionX is a member association and a brand of Cosmosis Foundation, a not-for-profit private foundation. In these terms, "the Association" means AiFusionX. These are terms of membership, not standard commercial terms of service. By accessing AiFusionX services, members enter into a membership agreement with the Association. This agreement governs the relationship between the Association and its members.
Membership Basis
AiFusionX services are provided exclusively to members of the Association, under their membership agreement. Membership is not a public transaction. Access to services, including FusionAudit, FusionAudit Pro when it opens, FusionCore CRM, FusionFlow automation, and all related deliverables, is granted on the basis of the membership agreement between the member and the Association.
Member Conduct
Members are expected to: engage in good faith with the Association and its team; use services for the purposes stated at the time of membership; protect the confidentiality of Association materials, processes, and proprietary information shared in the course of service delivery; abide by the Association's member guidelines as communicated from time to time; and refrain from conduct that would harm other members or the Association.
Confidential Information
In the course of delivering services, the Association may share proprietary methods, tools, and information with members. Members agree to treat such information as confidential and not to reproduce, distribute, or disclose it to third parties without the Association's written consent. This obligation survives the end of membership.
Service Delivery
Services are delivered as described in the member's blueprint and associated service agreements. The Association will make reasonable efforts to deliver services according to agreed timelines. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside the Association's control, including third-party platform availability and the member's timely provision of required information and access.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property created by the Association in the course of delivering services to a member (including custom automations, configurations, and blueprints) is delivered for the member's use in their business. The Association retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and tools used in the delivery process.
Text Messaging Program
AiFusionX, a brand of Cosmosis Foundation, offers text messages (SMS and MMS) to people who opt in on our website forms at aifusionx.org/contact and aifusionx.org/score, or on the FusionReach contact-update form at reach.aifusionx.org. These terms apply to anyone who opts in, whether or not they are a member.
What you will receive. Service texts about your inquiry, your FusionScore Lite, scheduling, and your membership, if you checked the service box. Marketing texts about new services, member events, and FusionAudit offers, if you checked the marketing box. If you opted in on reach.aifusionx.org, occasional texts or WhatsApp messages from Gregg Michael to stay in touch, follow up on that outreach, and for future correspondence, and no marketing. Each consent is separate and optional, and none is a condition of membership or purchase.
Frequency. Service text frequency varies with your activity. Marketing texts are limited to 4 messages per month, and so are messages to people who opted in on reach.aifusionx.org.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from AiFusionX. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPT OUT. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or check a text box on one of our forms.
You can also withdraw consent by any other reasonable means, such as telling us in your own words in a reply or emailing [email protected]. We honor every request within 10 business days, and usually at once. The same applies to WhatsApp messages.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Calls. When you call AiFusionX, your call may be answered by an AI voice assistant, may reach a prerecorded voicemail, and can be transferred to a person on request. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to handle your request and keep accurate records, and the assistant tells you this at the start of the call. We place outbound calls, which may use an AI voice assistant, only to people who have checked the call box on one of our forms, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by telling the caller or emailing [email protected].
Privacy. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy at aifusionx.org/privacy for details.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Association's liability to any member is limited to the value of services rendered under the member's active service agreement. The Association is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative damages. ROI projections provided in blueprints and audit reports are estimates based on available data. They are not guarantees of outcome.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or related to this membership agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith direct communication between the member and the Association. If direct communication does not resolve the matter, disputes shall be submitted to private arbitration before any action in a public forum. Members agree that private arbitration is the exclusive remedy for unresolved disputes.
Governing Framework
This agreement is governed by the principles of contract applicable to member associations.
Modifications
The Association may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of Association services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
